Stage 03 · Build
Twenty-five secured seats, a site head in the chair and your standards on the floor.
Build is where a plan becomes an address. Flex or managed space for the first seats, Grade-A when headcount justifies it; the site head and first leadership layer hired through our executive search; identity, endpoint, network and InfoSec live before anyone logs in.
- The question this stage answers
- “Who fits out the floor, hires the leaders and secures the stack — and on whose balance sheet?”
- Exit criterion
- First 25 seats occupied, secured and audited.
- Typical range
- Typically eight to fourteen weeks
