Engagement model · Managed engineering teams

    Dedicated engineers. Your direction.

Talpro hires, employs and manages a dedicated engineering pod that works only on your product. You set the backlog and the technical bar; we handle hiring, payroll, statutory compliance, attendance and backfills. First shortlist in under 48 hours from requirement sign-off.

    How it works

From scope to a team in your sprints.

    1. 01

      Scope the team

Roles, skills, seniority, stack and time-zone overlap, agreed with your engineering lead.

    2. 02

      Hire

First shortlist in under 48 hours from sign-off. Technical screening is run by engineers, and you interview every finalist.

    3. 03

      Run

You direct the sprint work. Talpro manages attendance, performance administration, payroll, statutory compliance and backfills.

    4. 04

      Scale or convert

Grow or shrink the team as the roadmap changes; convert engineers to permanent roles, or move to GCC-as-a-Service or BOT.

    Who does what

You direct the work. We manage everything about employing the people who do it.

    You own

    • The technical bar and the final interview
    • Code review standards and tooling
    • Product decisions

    Contract staffing heritage

Built on the part of India hiring most firms sub-contract.

Talpro’s origin is compliant contract workforce operations in India, led by a founder with 15+ years in IT staffing. A managed team runs on that same practice: every engineer is employed, paid and registered properly from the first payslip, so the compliance risk does not sit with you.

    • POSH Act committee and training
    • Contract Labour (R&A) Act

    What a pod can cover

    Engineering depth, screened by engineers.

Teams are built from the same technical bench as every Talpro engagement, with role-specific assessments rather than keyword matching.

    FAQ

Questions buyers ask about managed teams.

How is a managed team different from staff augmentation?

With augmentation you receive individual contractors and manage them yourself. A managed team is a dedicated pod that Talpro hires, employs and manages — attendance, performance administration, payroll, compliance and backfills — while you direct the work.

Who directs the engineers day to day?

You do. The team works in your sprints, on your backlog, to your code-review standards. Talpro manages everything about their employment.

    Who employs them?

Talpro’s entity, under the same compliance-first contract-workforce practice the company was built on: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, POSH and the Contract Labour (R&A) Act.

How quickly can a team start?

The first shortlist arrives in under 48 hours from requirement sign-off. How long the full team takes depends on the roles and seniority, and is agreed in the hiring plan.

Can engineers move to our payroll?

Yes. Teams can start on contract and convert to permanent roles where the contract allows, or the whole team can grow into GCC-as-a-Service or Build-Operate-Transfer.

    What happens if someone leaves?

Talpro backfills the role within the SLA set in the contract, so the team keeps its shape while you keep shipping.
