    How it runs

    Three phases, one operating fee.

The center is designed with you, stood up on Talpro’s entity, and then run by Talpro month to month while your leaders direct the work.

    1. 01

      Model and design

Before anyone is hired, we agree what the center is for and how it will run.

      • Role mix, team shape and seniority plan
      • City short-list from the Location Intelligence data
      • Seat plan, operating model and service levels
      • Security and access standards taken from your HQ policies
    2. 02

      Set up

The center is stood up on Talpro’s entity, so nothing waits for an incorporation.

      • Seats secured in flex or managed space
      • Identity, endpoint and network configured to your standards
      • Site leadership and the first engineers hired, with you on every final interview
      • Onboarding, policies and statutory registrations in place before the first joiner
    3. 03

      Operate

Talpro runs the center month to month. You direct the work.

      • HR lifecycle — onboarding, performance-cycle administration, engagement and exits
      • Payroll and statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Professional Tax, gratuity, Shops & Establishments, POSH, DPDP
      • Workspace — seats, facilities and access
      • IT — devices, identity, endpoint security and support
      • Finance and tax — invoicing, GST, TDS and monthly reporting

    Who does what

You run the product. We run the center.

The line is drawn in the contract, so nobody has to guess who owns a payslip, a filing or a laptop.

    You own

    • Product priorities and roadmap
    • The technical bar and final interview on every hire
    • Day-to-day direction of the work
    • Performance expectations

    Talpro runs

    • Employment contracts and HR operations
    • Payroll, statutory filings and labour-law compliance
    • Workspace, devices and IT support
    • Invoicing, tax and the monthly operating report

    Choosing a model

When GCC-as-a-Service is the right answer, and when it is not.

    Choose GCC-as-a-Service

    • You want a dedicated India team quickly, without incorporating an entity first
    • You would rather not carry capex, leases or statutory liability
    • Ownership is a later decision, or not a goal at all

    Choose Build-Operate-Transfer

    • You know you want to own the center
    • The plan is for 50 or more seats, starting from a 25-seat first phase
    • You want transfer terms fixed in the master agreement from day one

    Choose a managed team

    • You need one or a few dedicated pods, not a center
    • Your own leaders will direct the work closely
    • You want to scale capacity up or down as the roadmap changes

    A route to ownership

Start as a service. Own it when you are ready.

At renewal, GCC-as-a-Service can convert to Build-Operate-Transfer. An entity is incorporated for you, and the people, vendor contracts and documented processes move across on terms set in the master agreement — the same transfer mechanics as BOT.

    2. DecisionAt renewal you choose to stay as a service, or to take ownership.
    3. TransferYour entity is set up; people, contracts and runbooks move across on the agreed terms.

    FAQ

    Questions buyers ask about GCC-as-a-Service.

    What is GCC-as-a-Service?

A dedicated India center that Talpro sets up and runs on its own entity and balance sheet. You direct the work and the standards; Talpro carries employment, payroll, statutory compliance, workspace, IT and finance for a monthly per-seat operating fee.

    Who employs the engineers?

Talpro’s entity employs them and runs their payroll and statutory compliance. They work only on your product, to your standards, under your engineering leads.

    How is it priced?

As a monthly per-seat operating fee that covers employment, compliance, workspace and IT. The fee depends on the role mix, the city and the number of seats, and is set in the proposal after a feasibility call.

    How quickly can hiring start?

Hiring starts from requirement sign-off, and the first shortlist arrives in under 48 hours. Because the center runs on Talpro’s entity, there is no incorporation to wait for.

Who owns the IP and work product?

You do, from day one, by contract. Employment agreements, contractor agreements and vendor contracts carry assignment clauses aligned to your HQ templates.

    Can we take ownership later?

Yes. GCC-as-a-Service converts to Build-Operate-Transfer at renewal: an entity is incorporated for you and the people, contracts and processes move across on terms set in the master agreement.

    How is data protected?

Systems and data sit in client-controlled tenancy, the center runs DPDP-ready policies, and Talpro’s named Grievance Officer (Data Protection) is available throughout.

When is BOT the better choice?

When you already know you want to own the center and the plan is for 50 or more seats. BOT starts from a 25-seat first phase; below that, GCC-as-a-Service or a managed team is usually the better economic answer.
